Both Frontier products are wired. Fiber runs light over glass to the building and is the most stable residential connection commonly available — upload matches download, latency is low, and neighbors' usage does not affect you.

DSL runs over copper telephone lines and degrades with distance from the exchange. If the only Frontier option at your address is DSL and you stream, work remotely, or have several people online at once, fixed wireless on a cellular network will usually outperform it.
