Summary
Your Agent Dashboard is the central place to track customers, orders, downline performance, and commissions. This article explains the main panels and how to use them.
Dashboard at a glance
- Summary tile: Quick totals for sales, active customers, and commission pending.
- Recent orders: A timeline of most recent purchases linked to your Business ID.
- Downline / Team: View your direct recruits and their activity (adds, purchases).
- Reports: Export sales and commission reports for selected date ranges.
Common tasks
- Search for a customer or order: Use the search box to find order numbers or customer emails.
- Download commission statements: Open Reports > Commissions and choose a date range to export CSV/PDF.
- Update team info: From the Downline area, click a member to view their contact and enrollment details.
Tips for daily use
- Check the dashboard daily for new orders so you can follow up with customers quickly.
- Use the exported reports to reconcile commissions at the end of each month.
- Keep your downline contact info up to date to ensure training and support reach them.
Troubleshooting
- Missing orders or commissions: Confirm the order was placed with your Business ID. If misplaced, open a support ticket with order number and evidence.
- Report export errors: Try a smaller date range; if problem persists contact billing@luxara.global.
