How to log into Back Office

Quick steps

1. Go to members.luxara.global/auth/login.
2. Enter your email address and password provided at enrollment or use Forgot password to reset.
3. If you didn’t receive an account email, check your order status and contact support@luxara.global.

Forgot password

Click Forgot password, enter your email, and follow the reset link sent to your inbox (link expires in 60 minutes).

Tips

• Use a personal email you can access long-term.
• Enable 2FA if offered for extra security (coming soon).
