    The Dragon is Luxara’s flagship router included in Momentum and Freedom packages. It provides Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and diagnostic tools.
  2. How do I set up the Dragon?
    Connect the Dragon WAN to your modem, power it on, connect a device via Wi-Fi or Ethernet. The Dragon is already provisioned by Luxara Support Team
  3. Why is my Wi-Fi slow?
    Common causes: ISP line issues, poor router placement, congested channel, or too many devices. Follow the 7-step diagnostics article to troubleshoot.
  4. How do I update firmware?
    Firmware updates are pushed via the Dragon automatically. Check Products & Hardware → Firmware update for instructions and changelogs.
  5. How do I factory reset?
    Press and hold the reset button for ~10 seconds (device powered on). This erases custom settings — reconfigure after reboot.
  6. My router lost internet after ISP change — what now?
    Restart the Dragon after unplugging for 30 seconds
  7. How do I check connected devices?
    Use the Dragon admin interface or Members Portal dashboard to view connected clients and bandwidth use.
