Q1 — What enrollment packages do you offer?
A: We offer four enrollment options:
- Agent — $25
- Luxara Lifestyle — $149
- Momentum Builder — $299
- Freedom Builder — $399
Q2 — What does each package include?
A:
- Agent ($25): Basic enrollment — access to the agent dashboard, onboarding materials, and agent tools. (No physical kit included.)
- Luxara Lifestyle ($149): Welcome materials and access to portal features; monthly support fee applies unless upgraded.
- Momentum Builder ($299): Includes the Dragon router and a welcome kit, one year of Business Support, and a T-shirt (T-shirt charged $25 on order). Annual renewal; 20% restocking fee on returns.
- Freedom Builder ($399): Premium kit (includes Dragon), extended materials, one year Business Support, and T-shirt (charged $25). Annual renewal; 20% restocking fee on returns.
Q3 — Are there ongoing fees?
A: Yes. Unless you purchase Momentum or Freedom (which include one year of Agent Membership), Agent and Luxara Lifestyle enrollments require a $25/month Business Support fee. Momentum and Freedom auto-renew yearly until cancelled.
Q4 — What is the refund & return policy?
A: Returns must be initiated within 30 days. Momentum & Freedom (the $299 & $399 packages) are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If a T-shirt shipped with the package, a $25 T-shirt charge will be deducted from any refund. Agent $25 enrollments are typically non-refundable for access; check the specific order for exceptions.
Q5 — How do I upgrade my package?
A: Log in to the Members Portal → Account → Upgrades (or contact support). Upgrading usually requires paying the price difference between your current package and the desired package; any included one-year support will be applied per the upgrade rules.
Q6 — How do I buy or get help before ordering?
A: Purchase via the Luxara storefront or contact support@luxara.global for assistance, bulk/enrollment questions, or special cases. For returns and refunds start a request in the Members Portal → Orders → Request Return.
