FAQ — Enrollment & Agent (Top 10)

  1. What enrollment packages do you offer?
    Agent ($25), Luxara  Lifestyle ($149), Momentum Builder ($299), Freedom Builder ($399). Momentum and Freedom include 1 year of Business Support; Agent and Luxara Lifestyle require $25/month unless upgraded.
  2. How do I get my Agent Business ID?
    Your Agent Business ID is emailed in the welcome message after payment completes. It can also be found in your Members Portal under My Business.
  3. Can I share my Agent ID?
    No — do not share your Business ID publicly. It tracks your sales and downline; if compromised contact support to have it reissued.
  4. Are agents guaranteed income?
    No — agents operate independently and there are no guaranteed earnings. Income depends on sales and activity.
  5. Do recruits have to buy materials?
    No — you may not require recruits to purchase sales materials as a condition for training or advancement.
  6. How do renewals work?
    Momentum and Freedom provide 1 year of support and auto-renew annually until canceled. Agent and Llifestyle are subject to a $25/month support fee unless an annual package was purchased.
  7. What happens if a customer is refunded?
    Commissions related to refunded orders may be reversed per policy. See the Commissions article for dispute steps.
  8. Can I use Luxara brand assets?
    Yes — only approved assets. Follow the Brand Guidelines and request new materials via the Marketing Request form.
  9. Where are agent policies stored?
    Agent policies and the Agent Agreement are in the backoffice; always follow the current policies to maintain credit and compliance.
  10. Who do I contact for agent support?
    For agent-specific help email support@luxara.global or use the Help & Support form in the Members Portal.
