Wi-Fi slow?

Quick checklist

  1. Restart devices. Power cycle your Dragon
  2. Check line speed. Use a wired device to run a speed test to rule out ISP issues.
  3. Move the router. Place centrally and avoid obstructions.
  4. Check connected devices. High-usage devices may saturate the link.
  5. Factory reset. As a last resort, factory-reset the Dragon

When to contact support

If problems persist after these steps, collect a speed test result and contact support@luxara.global with diagnostics.
