Welcome to Luxara — What to expect after enrollment

Congratulations — you’ve enrolled with Luxara. This article explains the immediate next steps, what to expect in your inbox, and how to access your member dashboard.

Steps

  1. Check your email. Look for a welcome email from support@luxara.global with your Agent Business ID and login instructions. If you don’t see it within 10 minutes, check spam/junk.
  2. Login to Members Portal. Visit members.luxara.global/auth/login and use the credentials provided (or reset password if needed).
  3. Review your package. Your order confirmation lists the enrollment package (Agent, Legacy, Momentum, Freedom) and any included items (router, T-shirt, etc.).
  4. Protect your Agent Business ID. This ID tracks your customers and downline — do not share it publicly.
  5. Complete onboarding tasks. Follow the New Agent 30-day checklist in the Training & Onboarding category to start earning.

Troubleshooting

  • No welcome email: Confirm the order was completed (payment processed). If payment pending, the email will send on payment completion. Contact support@luxara.global.
  • Can’t login: Use the password reset link on the members portal or contact support for account assistance.
